1.Q:How about your after-sales Service?
   A:All the items without manual damage can be returned; If you do notreceive the package after long time (there are different deadline for different countries/regions),you can contact our customer service,apply for refund ;As if you received the package,finding some quality problem,please contact us to request a reasonable compensation. Any issues or questions,please feel free to contact us ,we will do the best to make you satisfied. 

2.Q:what places support shipping free?
   A:Most of countries over the world can be reached. All the items support shipping free via Chia Post Air Mail,registered to trackable,whereever you are. And if you do wholesale business,with large quantity,please contact us,consider using the better and faster shipment.

3.Q:How long after I can receive the package?
    A:There must be following steps processed then you can get the parcel:
(1) it takes about 24 hours to verify your payment ;
(2) it takes about 1-3days for distribution and packaging;
(3) following chart of delivery time for your reference:

4.Q:How to deal with the customs taxes?
    A:Tax law is the duty and responsibility of every citizen. But for your convenience to receipt of the parcel , we generally declare the items as an gift, and the declared value at around $ 10. The customs taxes must be covered by yourdelf. So please get known about your local custms policy.For special reporting requirements, please leave a message in the order or contact our us,we will try to afford that.

5.Q: Do you provide an invoice?
    A:Generally we don’t provide any invoives for the orders under $ 100 , but if you really need that. Please ask our customer service to provide; You can ask an invoive as when the order value over 100 USD, the invoice will be enclosed and come with the package together. Please check it carefully as when you open the parcel.

6.Q:How to return the goods?
    A: if you found any product questions when you open the package, please contact our customer service for assistance. We may need you providing some proof to prove the probems of the goods, such like photos or vedios took from the package.
we will rdo a refund back to your account if necessary, Fund transfer may take 1-3 working days, please refer to the bank’s requirement and policies. And please using the chepest shipment to return the parcel,as well as the original packaging returned.
 If you need a replacement, after your request and our confirmation, we will arrange and replace one parcel to you.,with the track number.
